Return Policy
Your Satisfaction Is Our #1 Goal. All items will be fully inspected at our warehouse and shipped out via a common carrier service. Customer is responsible for inspecting item and making all necessary notes on the delivery form when delivery is attempted. GreatimeFurniture.com will not be liable after the delivery form is signed free and clear.
30-Day Return Policy
If you would like to return an item that is in like-new condition with original product tags and packaging that has not been installed, used, worn or modified, you may return the product at your expense within 30 days of receipt. Any additional fees for shipping internationally, shipping to HI or AK, or any minimum order fees are all non-refundable. Customers who place orders online are responsible for the accuracy of their product selection and information entered. Customers who place orders by phone or chat must review their receipt for accuracy within 24 hours. All return or exchange, there is a 20% restocking fee plus round trip delivery/pick-up fees.
Return Process
• Step 1: Acquire Authorization and Instructions
To begin the return process, please call (626) 333-9101 with one of our fully trained Customer Service representatives. We require pictures for return due to product damage or manufacture defect.
• Step 2: Shipping Product Back
Below are the keys to a successful return:
Good Packaging: Repack products for return in the original box with original packaging material and tags attached to merchandise. Use the return label provided or your own label and write the RGA# exactly as instructed by GreatimeFurniture.com. Do not write on the box, so that it maintains its like-new condition. Improper labeling may result in the denial of return.
Ship & Insure: Next, ship the product to the warehouse address provided using a carrier that will provide both a tracking number and delivery confirmation. Please do not ship USPS because they cannot provide these guarantees. If we are unable to confirm delivery of your item, this may result in the denial of a refund.
Tracking Number: We require that returns are shipped via a carrier that will provide you with a return tracking number (please note that this is provided by the shipper and is not the RGA#). If a return is shipped without a tracking number the customer will be liable if the item is lost by the carrier and no refund will be issued. Providing a tracking number will also accelerate your return process. Retain your tracking number and email it to us at info@GreatimeFurniture.com so that we can check on the progress of your return. If you have not received credit within 14 days from the date of delivery to the warehouse, please contact Customer Service (626) 333-9101 and provide them with the tracking number so that we can expedite the credit process for you.
o You will have 30 days to return the product from you receive the product. After 30 days, the Return Authorization will expire and no replacements or refunds will be given.
o In the event that a return becomes damaged on its way back to the return destination, GreatimeFurniture.com will inform the customer via email that the item was received damaged and hold the product for up to 30 days. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier and instruct GreatimeFurniture.com concerning what to do with the damaged product. If GreatimeFurniture.com has not received notification or response from the customer within 30 days, the item will be donated or destroyed.
• Step 3: Refunds
o Once the returned item has been received, verified to have all of its original contents and packaging, and also confirmed to be free of damage, modification or wear, the refund credit process will then begin.
o Customers will be refunded via the same method in which the item was purchased or via a check from GreatimeFurniture.com. Refunds via check are typically issued within 14 business days of final approval.
o Items returned without the proper RGA# or sent to the wrong warehouse may delay the refund process. If credit is to be given, it may be for in-store credit only until the item is properly returned. Please read your return instructions carefully to avoid delays and unnecessary expenses.
o Please do not request a charge-back from your credit card company during the return process. Due to the time it takes to resolve charge-back disputes, it is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to run its course. If a charge-back has been submitted, we will not be able to credit you for your return until the charge-back mediation process has been completed. This process can take up to 180 days.
Items Subject to Return Restrictions
• Special purchases, including: Daily Deals, clearance items, inventory sale items, custom quotes, special discounts, etc.
• Any item that has been modified or used in any way, or that has been assembled or installed (including cut or clipped wires)
• Any item that is not in resalable condition
• Any personal use products
• Any item not accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by Greatime Furniture
• Any item that has been altered, tailored or used (including cookware and linens)
• Any item that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging materials
• Large Quantities, Special Orders or Project Quotes: When ordering large quantities or special orders for large projects, we suggest ordering a sample for evaluation; some manufacturers will not allow returns on large quantities
• Consumables: Light bulbs, parts, shades and opened consumables
• Expedited shipping and charges for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations
• Any item not purchased from Greatime Furniture
Cancellation Request
If you would like to cancel an order that has not shipped from the warehouse simply contact one of our Customer Service representatives at (626) 333-9101. Shortly after, you will receive an email acknowledging your cancellation request followed by another email either confirming the cancellation or stating that we were unable to cancel. Please allow up to 72 hours for confirmation of cancellation.
Please be aware that some items may have already shipped from warehouse and be en route to the distributor for final shipment to you. In such a case, cancellation fees apply.
Once an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. If you would like to return the item, you will need to follow the "Standard Return Policy." Please do not refuse the delivery of non-damaged goods. A delivery refusal may complicate the return and refund process, and you may also be charged for roundtrip shipping costs.
Items on Backorder
If you are cancelling an order due to backorder, we recommend you first call our Customer Service department to verify the accuracy of the date before making your final decision. There are times when manufacturers have stated items as backordered only to find that they have already shipped or are going out the next day. On the other hand, if the item is truly unavailable for an extended period, we sincerely apologize for the delay.
Please note that since a cancellation request is time-sensitive we ask that you do not email or leave voice messages regarding your intention as it may interrupt the process. It is important that you contact a Customer Service representative directly at (626) 333-9101.

Warranty Policy
One year Limited Warranty for manufacturer defect is offered to the original purchaser, subject to all the terms and conditions below. This Limited Warranty is non-transferable.
Oslie International, Inc. (“Greatime Furniture”), subject to all the limitations and exclusions described in the Limited Warranty, warrants Greatime furniture products and parts against material manufacturing defects for one year from the date customer purchase product.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
The following limitation and exceptions apply to the Limited Warranties:
***All seat cushion cores in both Unattached Cushioning and Attached Cushioning will soften with normal use and will conform to the shape of the user. This shall be considered normal wear, and shall not be considered a loss of resiliency or a material manufacturing defect.
**** Leather is a natural product, and, as such, each hide will reflect its own individuality. Some variations of shade and tone are to be expected as are the nicks, scratches, and wrinkles that only occur in genuine leather; these characteristics are in no way to be considered a defect. These Limited Warranties do not cover tears, flattening of nap, pilling, fading, or shrinking and is not valid when heavy soiling or abuse is evident. These Limited Warranties also do not cover protective finishes, velvets, and velvet types, since by their very nature, these fabrics are of soft texture and will crush, shade and mark more readily than most fabrics; these characteristics are in no way to be considered a defect.
Remedy
Under these Limited Warranties, for all of its products other than an Unattached, the sole liability of Greatime Furniture is limited to repair, or at its option, replacement the applicable product or part not in conformity with these Limited Warranties. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. If within the warranty period, identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement, Greatime Furniture reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Replacement fabrics may vary in color from the original due to dye lot differences.
During the period of one year limited warranty, Greatime Furniture will try to check if repair is possible firstly, if yes, Greatime Furniture will cover the cost for repair for eligible warranty claim. If repair is not possible, replacement parts will be an option.
For Unattached Cushions with a material manufacturing defect, Greatime Furniture will replace the defective Unattached Cushion provided that the original retail purchaser during the warranty period (i) complies with the Claim Procedure set forth in these Limited Warranties and (ii) if requested by Greatime Furniture, returns the defective cushion core contained within an Unattached Cushion to Greatime Furniture. The remedy specified in this paragraph is Greatime Furniture’s sole liability related to Unattached Cushions.
Any item repaired or replaced under these Limited Warranties will be covered by the Limited Warranties for the remainder of the original warranty period only.
All Products
These Limited Warranties do not apply to (i) rented, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses, (ii) merchandise that was, at any time, used as a floor sample or display model, (iii) any merchandise purchased “as is” or second-hand, (iv) any merchandise purchased at a distress sale or a going-out-of business sale, (v) any merchandise purchased from a liquidator, or (vi) merchandise obtained from a rental retailer. All warranties, whether express or implied, cover only normal household usage. No warranty, express or implied, applies to any condition resulting from misuse, abuse, delivery or transportation damage, nor any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care. These Limited Warranties are null and void if furniture has been moved from original point of delivery to consumer.
Chemical Treatments
These Limited Warranties do not cover damages or defects caused by use of chemical treatments or protective coatings on the finish, leather, or upholstered fabric by the retailer or the original retail purchaser, and any such chemical treatments or protective coatings voids all warranties of Greatime Furniture.
Leather, Upholstered Fabric and Finishes
The Limited Warranties on “Leather”, “Upholstered Fabric” and “Finishes and all Other Furniture Products” do not cover (i) damages resulting from excessive soiling, improper or unapproved cleaning methods, (ii) fading or other damages resulting from exposure to sunlight, (iii) damages resulting from household humidity, or (iv) damages resulting from any liquid, including but not limited to alcohol and water. CAUTION: Any use of improper or unapproved cleaning methods voids all warranties of Greatime Furniture.
Modifications to Products
These Limited Warranties do not apply to any products that have been altered by any person, dealer, or company without the express written authorization of Greatime Furniture.
Implied Warranties
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IMPOSED ON THE SALE OF THIS FURNITURE AND ITS PARTS UNDER STATE LAW, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD AND NO WARRANTIES APPLY AFTER THAT PERIOD. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
DISCLAIMER
NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY HAS BEEN MADE OR WILL BE MADE ON BEHALF OF GREATIME FURNITURE WITH RESPECT TO THE FURNITURE AND ITS PARTS, OR THE OPERATION, REPAIR, OR REPLACEMENT OF THE FURNITURE AND ITS PARTS. FURTHERMORE, NO REPRESENTATIVE OF GREATIME FURNITURE OR ITS DISTRIBUTORS OR RETAILERS IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS TO THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES.
SOME RETAILERS OFFER EXTENDED OR ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXTENDED OR ADDITIONAL FABRIC WARRANTIES, EITHER FROM THE RETAILER OR THROUGH A THIRD-PARTY. GREATIME FURNITURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY EXTENDED OR ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES OFFERED BY ANY RETAILER OR THROUGH A THIRD-PARTY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GREATIME FURNITURE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SUCH AS LOSS OF USE, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, WHETHER INDIRECT OR DIRECT, AND WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR TORT EVEN IF IT HAD REASON TO KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GREATIME FURNITURE’S RESPONSIBILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT OR ITS REPLACEMENT.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
CAUTION
Motion furniture (recliners, sleeper sofa, etc.) has many moving parts. Caution must be used in operation (opening, closing, etc.). Children should not be allowed to play on or operate motion furniture. Always leave recliners in an upright and closed position and keep hands and feet clear of mechanism. Only the occupant should operate it.
CLAIM PROCEDURE
To obtain warranty services, please contact Greatime Furniture directly to obtain warranty service. All claims must include the original bill of sale, the product number, product photos, and be filed within the applicable warranty period. Greatime Furniture will check documents provided to judge if there is manufacturer defect. There is no refund for during warranty period, only replacement part will be provided if manufacturer defect confirmed. Greatime Furniture reserves the right to require defective parts be returned upon request. If there is dispute with the eligibility of warranty, customer may choose to return the product (with Greatime Furniture's confirmation) for further exam, full product amount and return shipping fee will be refunded if manufacturer defect confirmed after warehouse exam, otherwise, only partial refund will be issued in the condition product returned in good condition. You must make arrangements to schedule the transportation of the furniture or parts from your home to our warehouse. Please contact Greatime Furniture in writing or call our Customer Service.
